• Enquiries and correspondence you send us through our contact forms, email, phone, WhatsApp or social media.

• process registrations, bookings, enrolments and venue hire requests;
• deliver our classes, programs, events and community services;
• contact you about your registration, booking, order or enquiry;
• contact your emergency contact, or a parent or guardian, when necessary for safety or wellbeing;
• process orders and donations and keep financial records;
• manage your website account;
• send you updates about our programs, events and activities where you have agreed to receive them;
• maintain the safety and security of our centre, participants and website;
• improve our website and services; and
• meet our legal, insurance and reporting obligations.

Many of our programs are for children and young people. Registrations for anyone under 18 should be completed by a parent or guardian. Meta Pixel. We use the Meta Pixel, a tool provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram). When you visit our website, the Meta Pixel may collect information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, and actions you take on our site, for example submitting a course registration. We use this information to measure how well our Facebook and Instagram advertising works and to show our ads to people who are more likely to be interested in our programs.

We do not send your name, email address, phone number or the details you enter in our forms to Meta. However, because the pages you visit may relate to religious programs, this information may indicate an interest in Islamic education. Meta processes this information under its own Privacy Policy. Meta may store and process information outside Australia.

Your choices. You can control how Meta uses information for advertising through your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences (Settings → Accounts Centre → Ad preferences). You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use a private browsing window. Blocking cookies will not stop you using our website or registering for our programs.

7. Third-party links

Our website contains links to third-party websites and services, such as Facebook, WhatsApp and other social media. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.

8. Direct communications

With your consent, we may send you emails or messages about our programs, events, classes and fundraising. You can opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us using the details below.
