Established in 2014, the Iqra' & Qur'an classes for kids occur 7 days a week; 2 sessions per day. These classes are taught by qualified Sheikhs who focus on reading essentials; including tajweed, fluency & memorization. Classes aim to encourage students to be able to read and memorize the Qur’an with fluency, complying to its proper rulings.
The purpose of these classes is to support students with an Islamic environment that helps connect them with their true purpose and Muslim Identity.
These classes have grown from a small bunch of students in 2014, to more than 200 enrolled students.
There are Hifz classes that occur 5 days a week for 3 hours a day that solely focus on Qur'an memorization.
Furthermore, on top of children’s classes, there are Qur'an classes for adults that are done separately for males and females. These classes also focus on similar rulings to the children's classes.
